By participating in the use of the flex ramp provided by Bennett Built LLC, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that operating or positioning a vehicle on a flex ramp involves inherent risks, including but not limited to vehicle damage, rollover, mechanical failure, personal injury, or death. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with use of the flex ramp.
I agree that Bennett Built LLC, its owners, employees, representatives, affiliates, and property owners shall not be held liable for any injury, death, loss, or damage to persons, vehicles, equipment, or personal property arising from or related to participation in this activity, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I understand that I am solely responsible for the operation, condition, and safety of my vehicle. I certify that I am participating voluntarily and accept full responsibility for any damage or injury that may occur.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release of liability.
